- He specialises in civil law, including contract law with a particular focus on business transactions. He has particular expertise in financial law (banking, insurance, pension and investment funds), as well as in company law.
- He has led from the legal side a number of significant business operations of a restructuring nature, advised on the creation of holding structures, and participated in company takeovers. He has carried out a number of projects in the field of the investment process, including those of a development and construction nature. He has carried out processes of separating parts of companies for reorganisation and optimisation purposes, as well as preparing complete documentation of agreements between companies in newly created groups. Conducted and coordinated the day-to-day management of a number of companies, including manufacturing, services and trading. He created the firm’s specialised Litigation Department, which he managed in its early years.
- He is an arbitrator on the Supreme Appeals Committee of the Polish Football Association.
- He has been with GWW since 1998.
