The authorities that had so far exercised control and supervisory powers in the field of building law with regard to houses without a building permit, have been almost completely deprived of them. The amendment to the Construction Law and the Act on Spatial Planning and Development, implementing the announcements of the Polish Deal, is to enter into force on January 3, 2021, howere it does not apply to "small houses".

Introduction of a system of accelerated registration of trademarks and industrial designs, called Fast Track procedure, is a considerable change for persons applying for marks and designs directly and for their professional representatives in proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. With the entry into force of the new public procurement law, the rules for supplementing offer-related evidence in the course of a public procurement procedure have changed. Technical specifications of equipment, datasheets, certificates, documents filled in by the contractor describing features of delivered devices, etc., because this is what we mean here, are submitted to prove that offered supplies, services or works meet contracting authority's requirements.

The draft Polish Deal introduces many changes to the tax system, which also apply to the so-called Estonian CIT.
