A holder of a doctoral degree in law, specializing in construction law, spatial planning and development, local government law, and administrative procedure.

She gained her professional experience by working for 6 years in an architectural and construction administration body of the second instance and for 3 years in a body supervising local government units, which also enables her to look at the case from the side of the entity conducting the proceedings.

She shares her knowledge with students of postgraduate studies at the Wrocław University of Technology and the University of Wrocław, and students willingly choose her for a supervisor of their final courseworks.

He conducts numerous trainings addressed to all participants of the construction process, during which she focuses mainly on practical aspects of investment implementation.

She has elaborated over 100 publications in the field of procedural and substantive administrative law, including a commentary to the Code of Administrative Procedure and a guide on the Special Housing Act. Her articles are also published in the "Murator" monthly and the "Buduj z głową" quarterly.
