His career started back at law school, as since 1996 he has cooperated with Poznan-based law firms.
Specializes in material and procedural civil law, related regulations connected with TSL and FMCG industries (carriage law, transport law, postal law, food law, pharmaceutical law), as well as environmental protection law. Krzysztof has vast experience in preparing and negotiating civil and commercial contracts, developing comprehensive lot of standard forms of agreements regulating the operational activity of entrepreneurs, supporting projects connected with real estate trading, as well as commercializing and acquiring legal title to areas in commercial, industrial and logistic structures; moreover, he represents clients in disputable matters, including civil procedures.
Author of numerous publications in trade press of the TSL sector, speaker at conferences and industry workshops. Gives lectures and workshop classes focused on specific problems concerning a given enterprise (among others related to contractual law, liability in contract and in tort, TSL law, food law).
Member of the Poznan Bar Association.
