The Voivode of Lower Silesia accepted the application submitted by GWW and issued a decision on the cancellation of the permit for construction of a 14-story apartment building in Zieleniec, which is being built on one of the nearby slopes. The local community is of the opinion that the investment poses a threat to the environment and water management of the region. We hope that interests of the Zieleniec inhabitants will be taken into account during further proceedings.

Starting from September 2019, the deadline for submitting “zero-amount” tax returns has been reduced from 6 to 3 months. After this time, a head of the tax office shall remove entities from the register of active VAT taxpayers, in accordance with Article 96 paragraph 9a item 2 of the VAT Act. Last Thursday, on 12 September 2019, there was a ceremonial granting of scholarships to 26 charges of the Dorastaj z Nami Foundation by the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda and the First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda. Scholarships were granted to new charges of the Foundation – children whose parents died or were injured while performing their duties.

A contract for performing investor supervision should be qualified as a contract for the provision of services referred to in Article 750 of the Civil Code.
