- He gained experience in the Ministry of Justice, Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, and administrative bodies. He has been practicing as a lawyer since 2014. Before joining GWW, he worked in leading legal offices in the Subcarpathian region, providing comprehensive legal services to companies in industries such as real estate, commerce, manufacturing, medical, automotive, furniture, TSL, and others.
- Since 2018, he has been involved in GWW projects aimed at enhancing clients’ tax security. He advises on risk and legal and tax compliance analysis and management processes. He supports clients in implementing tax policies, protective procedures, and tax strategies – with a focus on the ESG area.
- He represents clients in tax disputes, particularly in cases related to VAT carousel fraud. He also participates in M&A projects as a member of multidisciplinary teams (due diligence audits, transaction support).
- A member of the Compliance Practitioners Association. Recognized lawyer in The Legal 500 EMEA 2022 ranking in the TAX category. Certified mediator in civil and commercial matters.
- Since 2019, he has been managing the GWW branch in Rzeszow.
