- Gained practical knowledge and experience by working for developers operating on the commercial and residential real estate market.
- Specializes in the process of commercial and office space commercialization, advises on purchase and sale of real estate and on securing administrative settlements, in particular those related to building law and spatial development. His practice in the area of building law and spatial development is supplemented by his involvement in the works of the Infrastructure Committee of the Sejm and work as advisor to the Minister of Construction, issuing opinions of draft legal acts reforming infrastructural provisions as well as knowledge of the FIDIC regulations.
- Marek has lectured at trainings pertaining to building law and its amendment. Since 2006 member of the Koszalin Bar Association.
