- She gained her professional experience working in the legal department of an FMCG capital group and in one of the leading law firms in the Podkarpacie region, where she supported clients in matters of labour law, social security and personal data protection. Immediately prior to joining GWW, she worked with an international law firm, providing services to domestic and foreign clients in the field of employment and labour issues.
- At GWW, she provides comprehensive support to entrepreneurs in the field of individual and collective labour law, occupational health and safety, and social security. She prepares employment documents, internal regulations and employee policies, conducts employee audits, identifies risks and develops recommendations aimed at optimising processes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- She specialises in employment restructuring, supporting companies during changes in employment, and handling cooperation with trade unions and employee representatives. She represents clients in all types of court and administrative proceedings related to labour law and occupational health and safety, ensuring legal security for companies at every stage of cooperation with employees.
