- Specializes in commercial, economic, real estate trade law and support to clients in the area of contract law, including capital transactions, acquiring companies and enterprises, organization of joint ventures and investing in start-ups.
- Jakub has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to developer projects, as well as ongoing corporate consultancy related to commercial companies and their authorities. He coordinates and takes part in audits and implements personal data protection regulations within organizations.
