Employees may apply for recalculation of the benefit calculation base

On 9 October this year, a regulation that allows contribution payers (employers or the Social Security Company – ZUS) to recalculate the basis for calculating social security benefits paid to employees for the period from 31 March 2020 entered into force. The recalculation is made at the employee's request.
