In depth: Private Wealth and Private Client Review | Edition 12
DownloadIn depth: Private Wealth and Private Client Review is a prestigious publication that brings together key legal issues from a private client perspective, such as a description of recent changes, key features of domestic tax systems or succession mechanisms in a particular country.
Each chapter of the publication has been written by representatives from different countries and is dedicated to a specific jurisdiction. The authors are recognised specialists in their respective fields. The Polish part of the recently published 12th edition focuses on the legal and practical issues of private wealth management and was prepared by GWW Partner and Attorney-at-law Aldona Leszczyńska-Mikulska and Attorney-at-Law Tomasz Krzywański.
One of the topics addressed by the Polish lawyers is the polish family foundation, which is still relatively new in Polish legislation, so we therefore encourage you to familiarise yourself with the publication.
