- Between 2001 and 2009, he was associated with the law firm GWW Legal (since 2005 as a partner). From 2010 to 2020, he was associated with the law firm BWHS (as a founder and managing partner), where he headed the corporate practice and the capital transactions practice.
- He gained his professional experience by providing legal assistance to public companies, investment funds, leasing companies, other financial institutions and real estate companies.
- He specialises in handling capital transactions, acquisitions of companies and enterprises, organisation of joint investment ventures, real estate leaseback transactions and related forms of financing, as well as corporate advice on the rules of functioning of commercial companies and their bodies, including in particular in conflict situations (intra-corporate disputes). He has experience in providing regulatory services to companies listed on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in the alternative trading system New Connect.
- A member of the OIRP in Bydgoszcz, he has been registered as a legal advisor since 2006.
- Since August 2020, he has been a partner of GWW Legal.
