- He was responsible for preparing tender documentation for public finance sector entities, drafting appeals as well as appearing before the National Board of Appeals on behalf of the contracting authority and the contractor,
- Represented clients in administrative and tax proceedings and before administrative courts,
- Bartosz conducted cases in the field of corporate services for commercial law companies,
- Member of the Local Government Appeal Board in Warsaw, where he adjudicates administrative and tax cases,
