- She cooperated with GWW during her legal advisor’s apprenticeship, working on investment process cases and litigation in the field of construction project implementation. Subsequently, she gained a statement by serving a large FMCG entrepreneur and later, at a law firm, dealing in particular with civil litigation;
- She has experience in providing legal services to entities in the financial sector, particularly banks, depository banks and investment funds, as well as in litigation before common courts;
- She also specializes in providing services to entrepreneurs in the area of advice related to commercial contracts in business transactions;
- Agnieszka’s professional experience also includes representation in disputes related to the implementation of construction projects.
