The subject of major reform of the tax advisory profession returns
Andrzej Ladzinski, tax adviser, chairman of the National Council of Tax Advisers and GWW partner, commented on an article on Law.pl. After a hiatus of several years, the issue of changes in access to the tax advisory profession is returning. There is also talk of broadening the powers of advisers. These include social insurance matters and registration proceedings at the National Court Register. Most likely, however, the application, following the example of other legal professions, will not be introduced.
