Transaction: Archicom acquires mLocum from mBank for nearly PLN 90 million

Archicom, a quoted company, entered into preliminary agreements for the acquisition of nearly 80% of mLokum’s shares from mBank for PLN 87.6 million. The transaction is to be completed in two stages. One part of the transaction – i.e. PLN 32.8 million – will be financed with the developer’s own funds.

The transaction was drafted by attorneys Paweł Wójcik and Elżbieta Kamińska.

The transaction was preceded by an audit carried out by a GWW team consisting of 6 members – including corporate law and real estate law experts and lawyers providing professional services related to the investment and development process.
