We conduct employment law audits and assist in due diligence processes for workplace transfers.
We provide day-to-day support to human resources (HR) departments on matters related to labour and employment law, including changing employees’ working or pay conditions, imposing disciplinary sanctions, maintaining employee records, protecting personal data in employment, granting and exercising employee rights.
We advise employers on employment restructuring or rationalisation processes, including group or individual dismissals.
We provide legal assistance in the process of transferring all or part of an enterprise to a new employer.
We advise on the processes of outsourcing services and the employment of temporary workers.
We support employers in their relations with trade unions, works councils and employee representation.
We represent employers and employees in employment-related court disputes, including, inter alia, cases for reinstatement or restoration of previous working conditions, compensation, payment of remuneration for overtime work, establishment of the existence of an employment relationship, claims related to an accident at work, about the basis for assessment of contributions or being subject to social insurance.
We represent employers during inspections carried out by state authorities, including the State Labour Inspectorate or the Social Insurance Institution.
We provide tax advisory services in the area of employment (e.g. from the employment relationship and managerial contracts).

rules and procedures for the termination of employment contracts,
mobbing and discrimination in employment,
working time,
accidents at work,
leave and parental rights of employees,
company social benefits fund.
