We support contracting authorities both at the stage of preparing the documentation for a public procurement procedure and during the procedure (e.g., analysis of bids, preparation of summons, opinion on the exclusion of a contractor from the procedure, opinion on cancellation of the procedure). We have advised on public procurement proceedings more than 1,000 times. We also support contractors in tender proceedings (e.g., analysis of tender documentation, preparation of requests for clarification of the Terms of Reference, conclusion of a consortium, formal and legal verification of a bid, and formal and legal verification of competitive bids). This gives us an overview of the situation from both sides, drawing on our knowledge of what the other party usually expects.
- We represent contracting authorities and contractors in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber and in complaint proceedings against Chamber judgments.
