West House office block sold in Wrocław

Selling West House 1B is the Archicom Group’s third transaction in the Lower Silesian capital on which GWW has advised. It is at the same time a further transaction whose subject is office real estate located outside Warsaw, and in which the Wrocław GWW team has been involved.

The team, headed by Paweł Wójcik, specialises in real estate projects, along with providing comprehensive legal assistance for businesses.
