Partner promotions at GWW

We have the pleasure to inform that Piotr Świstak and Tomasz Krzywański have joined the group of GWW partners.

Piotr will handle the development of tax security and compliance practices. He will be in charge of the implementation and development of solutions ensuring safety of the management board members and corporate officers in the field of liability for tax reporting obligations, with particular emphasis on the risk of penal fiscal liability. His activities will also include continuation of the work on  digitization of this area.

Tomasz, hand in hand with Aldona Leszczyńska-Mikulska, will be responsible for the development of the advisory practice for wealthy clients (private client practice). He will focus on providing advice in the field of ​​business succession. Tomek will be mainly in charge of asset-related planning with the use of foundations and trusts – especially the Polish family foundation.
