- She has been involved in infrastructure investment and public procurement since 2013, when she started working for one of the largest contracting authorities in Poland.
- She specialises in proceedings before the National Board of Appeal and advises on matters related to the implementation of investments from the stage of preparing tender documentation to the final settlement of the investment with the contractor. She advises on disputes with subcontractors of construction works.
- Advises on the preparation and conduct of public procurement proceedings under EU projects. Advises on the correctness of the execution of the subject matter of the contract and on the possibility of introducing amendments to procurement contracts.
- Draws up and negotiates civil law contracts in the field of the construction process, e.g. construction works contracts, design work contracts, investor supervision contracts, etc.
- Provides opinions on the claims of the parties to the construction process. Represents clients in court proceedings in this area concerning, inter alia, contractual penalties, remuneration for additional and substitute works and indirect costs (overheads and construction overheads) in extended completion dates.
- She advises participants in the construction process in their mutual relations, participates in negotiations concerning, inter alia, annexes to contracts, in the settlement of construction works.
- She comprehensively supports beneficiaries in the implementation of EU-funded infrastructure projects, assesses the eligibility of expenditure and advises and represents clients in the event of the imposition of a financial correction.
