- Has been working with taxes since 1993, when after graduation she joined fiscal administration at the Tax Revenue Office Warszawa – Praga, in the Indirect Taxes Department, since 1995 in the Tax Chamber in Warsaw – in the Indirect Taxes Department, as well as the Department Manager.
- Małgorzata specializes in proceedings connected with Value Added Tax (representing clients both before tax authorities and administrative courts). Within the framework of ongoing legal services – she provides advise on Value Added Tax, issues tax opinions, conducts tax audits, represents clients before the Director of the National Fiscal Information and administrative courts in interpretation proceedings.
- Since 2008 she has been regularly lecturing at various scientific conferences organized by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, the Centre for Documentation and Tax Studies at the University of Lodz, the Library for Law Auditors at the Jagiellonian University, Wolters Kluwer Publishing House.
- Since 1998 she has also been involved in training activity; she holds trainings and courses on Value Added Tax for accounting services, financial directors and tax advisors.
- Since 2011 Member of the Tax Review Editorial Board.
- In 2016 member of the jury of a competition organized by the Mazovian Division of Tax Advisors for the best master thesis on tax law.
