- In his practice, he focuses primarily on issues related to criminal law and criminal procedure. He specializes in commercial criminal law, especially in the subject of the so-called “White collar crime”, with particular emphasis on cases related to criminal and fiscal liability of members of corporate bodies. In court proceedings, he acts both as a defense attorney and as a representative of the aggrieved.
- He acts as a defense attorney in a number of proceedings regarding fraud in business transactions and money laundering, as well as a representative of aggrieved legal persons in proceedings concerning crimes committed to the detriment of creditors. He advises clients on current legal issues related to criminal law matters.
