- She gained experience in public law while working as a consultant in the tax advisory department of one of the Big Four companies.
- She specialises in the law of regulated sectors, in particular energy and telecommunications. Within the scope of advising companies operating in the energy sector, she deals, inter alia, with contractual patterns with energy consumers, issues in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy, cogeneration and other, often specialised, regulatory issues in the market for gaseous fuels and in the electricity sector.
- At the same time, she has experience in telecommunications law matters, including those related to telecommunications access agreements, access to infrastructure, as well as in administrative proceedings before the President of the UKE and appeals against decisions of that body, including those related to frequencies.
- Participated in the development of legal regulations on the preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments.
- She also provides ongoing legal support in the field of personal data protection to entities operating in the public and commercial sectors, including IT, medical, energy and telecommunications.
- In addition, she has experience in conducting comprehensive audits and implementations of data protection regulations, including in manufacturing companies, the logistics sector and IT.
- She has been with GWW since 2015.
