- He deals with real estate law, including the commercialisation process of retail and office space. He advises on the handling of investment and construction processes. She specialises in real estate transactions and real estate audits. He also deals with administrative and administrative court proceedings, e.g. in the field of construction law and environmental protection. She has extensive experience in preparing the bond issue process. He acts as an administrator of collateral for the issue, advising in this respect the largest investors operating in the Polish development market.
