Proceedings before the NAC
Appeal proceedings before the National Board of Appeal are specific and different from proceedings before a court. It combines the features of a court and an administrative body, which means that the best chances are taken by experts in the field. We consider ourselves to be such, and we do not throw empty words around to confirm this. Among the entities represented by us were the largest public contracting authorities in Poland (e.g., PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.), as well as small contractors, for whom we managed to win against the true “old-timers” of the Chamber (e.g., Comarch SA).
Thanks to the fact that we represent both contracting authorities and contractors in the Chamber, we have an overview of the situation from both sides and know what the other side usually expects. We are also well acquainted with the specifics of procurement law and the Chamber’s case law. We also represent clients in appeal proceedings against Chamber judgments.
The specifics of this branch of law require people with specialised knowledge and experience. We have proven on numerous occasions that we have these qualities, which is why we want to share them with our clients. Do not risk losing your order, contact us.
