The construction process in large developments, particularly infrastructure, can be complicated. Frequent obstacles include obtaining numerous agreements, property audits, and getting the required administrative decisions, the issuing of which is usually preceded by consultations, and possible disputes with neighbours, or social organisations. It is impossible to undertake large-scale investments without a team of experts to carry out the entire process and deal with the tedious administrative process, which involves many stages.

In assisting investors, we are efficient and reliable. We understand that a great deal of money is at stake and that the investor’s future depends on the success of the investment. Based on our extensive experience, we are able to judge whether it is worth filing a complaint or better to choose another course of action.

We provide legal services to investors at every stage of the construction process, from support in obtaining the legally required opinions, arrangements, positions and administrative decisions, through advice during the course of construction, to its formal completion. Due to our unique competence in both legal and technical matters, we specialise in environmental protection procedures (more than 50 environmental proceedings with our participation).

• We develop handling strategies aimed at providing legal recommendations adapted to the realities and conditions prevailing throughout the investment process, in particular optimising its course and minimising risks.

• We provide advice and legal representation in planning, location, environmental and construction proceedings, including participation in mandatory inspections.
• We cooperate with designers, construction contractors and investor supervision inspectors throughout the entire investment process.
• We draft and file ordinary and extraordinary appeals to public administration bodies and administrative courts and defend decisions before administrative bodies and courts of both instances.
• We represent investors before the approval and opinion-forming bodies, in particular road authorities, at the stage of obtaining the legally required agreements and in the course of negotiating contracts for the construction and reconstruction of road investments.
• We provide numerous training courses on the investment process, on environmental, planning and construction procedures.
• We actively participate in the preparation of draft amendments to the law and in the creation of legal regulations concerning the greatest barriers to the investment process.
