Piotr Baranowski, legal adviser, GWW office in Poznań

Specialises in handling court proceedings in civil and commercial matters and issues related to the investment and construction process. He advises entrepreneurs on civil law and construction law. Piotrek has been a member of our team since 2022.

Przemysław Fudala, attorney-at-law, GWW office in Warsaw

Deals with real estate law, including commercialisation processes of retail and office space. He advises on handling investment and construction processes, including at the stage of real estate acquisition and disposal. He also deals with administrative and administrative court proceedings.

Przemek joined the GWW team in 2017.

Justyna Gunia, legal counsel, GWW office in Rzeszów

Specialises in providing day-to-day and comprehensive services to entrepreneurs in matters of individual and collective labour law, occupational health and safety, and also represents clients in court proceedings in matters related to labour issues. Drafts documents on the establishment and termination of employment relationships, as well as internal regulations and policies on employee issues. At GWW since 2023.

Filip Polaszek, legal counsel, GWW office in Warsaw

Specialises in real estate law, including the commercialisation process of retail and office space and the investment and construction process. He also deals with administrative and administrative court proceedings. He joined GWW in 2018.

Ludwik Malisz, trainee solicitor, GWW office in Warsaw

In his work, he focuses on real estate law issues from both the administrative and civil law side. He participates in drawing up analyses of the legal status of real estate, in working on commercial leases and in carrying out real estate sale and purchase transactions. He is a trainee solicitor in the Warsaw team. He has been associated with GWW since 2019.

Katarzyna Niemiec, junior associate, Wrocław office

She is part of the team dealing with the investment process. She is gaining experience in the area of administrative procedure, construction law, as well as spatial development issues.

Piotr Oksiuta, junior associate, Warsaw office

Supports lawyers dealing with real estate law, e.g. in real estate audits or bond issues of the largest development companies in Poland.
