The draft Act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens and their families was submitted to the Sejm – assumptions
On Monday, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft Act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens and their families. On 8 March 2022, the Sejm began work on the special Act. It is to be sent to the Senate under an accelerated procedure and then submitted to the President for signature.
Issues covered in the document:
✔ legalization of stay,
✔ simplifications in employment of Ukrainians,
✔ material assistance for Ukrainian citizens,
✔ financial support for helpers.
