Meeting of the Council of Entrepreneurs at the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as part of the European Congress of SMEs

This Thursday, 17 October, 2019, the 6^th Meeting of the Council of Entrepreneurs at the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises will be held, during which Andrzej Ladziński will represent the National Council of Tax Advisors. The subject of Mr. Ladziński's speech will be “Instrumental initiation of fiscal criminal proceedings during inspection and tax proceedings".

The event will be held as part of the European Congress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises taking place from 16 to 18 October at the International Congress Center in Katowice.

The main topic discussed during the Meeting will be the issue of applying the principles of the Entrepreneurs’ Law by the bodies of the National Tax Administration – such issues will be presented as, among other things, case studies of violations of entrepreneurs’ rights, statistical data and conclusions for the future .
