New partners of the tax practice of GWW
We are happy to announce that Aldona Leszczyńska-Mikulska and Małgorzata Militz joined the group of tax practice partners of GWW.
Below, you will find an outline of information about Aldona and Małgosia.
Aldona Leszczyńska-Mikulska manages an advisory team for individual clients, covering the following areas: family companies and planning succession, and individual clients. Aldona specializes in international tax planning and international inheritance planning. She advises her clients in matters and disputes concerning their private assets, in family matters and in marital property matters. She participates in processes connected with generation changes in family companies. She holds top positions in international rankings in the category of Private Client (e.g. Chambers Europe 2017, 2018), she is a member of the STEP Association and International Fiscal Association.
Małgorzata Militz is responsible for the following areas: tax disputes, VAT, excise tax and customs duties. She specializes in proceedings connected with tax on goods and services. Within the framework of her on-going advisory services, she provides advice on tax on goods and services; she issues tax opinions, she conducts tax audits, represents clients in tax and customs-revenue controls, before tax authorities of both instances and administrative courts, in proceedings concerning tax on goods and services. She holds high positions in tax rankings (e.g. the ranking of Dziennik Gazety Prawnej in the category of VAT 2017, 2018; the ranking of International Tax Review: Woman in Tax Leaders 2017 and Indirect Tax Leaders 2017).
