A resolution compliant with statutory provisions may also be repealed
Resolutions of the company's meeting of shareholders that are contrary to statutory acts may be appealed against by bringing an action for declaring them invalid. Is it possible to effectively appeal against those resolutions that do not violate statutory regulations?
