GWW develops a team in charge of IP practice and new technologies!
We are pleased to announce that Krzysztof Pupa has joined the team of patent attorney Katarzyna Sas, GWW of counsel. Krzysztof is an engineer by education and is currently undergoing a training to become a patent attorney. At GWW, he will support the IP and new technologies practice of our law firm.
Krzysztof Pupa was a long-time employee of the patent office as a specialist in patent research. He dealt with, inter alia, conducting research on the state of the art, patent clearance and patentability, development of application documentation, including patent descriptions and drawings, both for patent applications in the national procedure as well as in the procedure of the European Patent Office and the international PCT cooperating in this respect with numerous foreign law firms, conducting at the same time cases related to trademarks and industrial designs.
