At the end of June this year, changes to the public road legislation came into force. When an existing owner transfers ownership of a property to a new owner, the administrative authority can at the same time, in a fairly easy procedure, transfer the decision that allowed the location or reconstruction of an exit from a public road to the new owner. Until now, this was impossible. Article by Kacper Kudlek, attorney-at-law at GWW – http://lexplorers.pl/lokalizacja-zjazdu-z-drogi-publicznej/

Changes in the reserve capital of a foreign related company outside the scope of Polish transfer pricing
Today's edition of Prawo.pl features a recent article by Radosław Chudy, a lawyer in GWW's transfer pricing team, in which he presents another interesting and very fresh individual interpretation by the Director of the KIS concerning a change in the share capital of a foreign related company made by a Polish capital company. Topics on the borderline between two branches of law – commercial and tax – in the context of transfer pricing regulations.
GWW helps Ukraine
After an Easter support project that went to a hospital in Ukraine, it is time for a second one. Another dose of support from GWW has reached those in need. And it was received by the Zamlynia Integration Centre, which cares for children and young people.
Deciding where our funds should go was not easy, there are many aid organisations, many collections. What to choose in order to make the best use of the funds? 🤔 Initially we wanted to invest in essential products and send them to Ukraine. However, the transport across the border, the changing situation and the need prompted us to donate. We opted for a less 'media-savvy' initiative that allowed our aid to go directly to those in need. The "Zamlynia" children's centre in Ukraine will thus organise a rehabilitation camp for young people affected by the war. We would like to express our appreciation to the centre's leaders, who are doing everything in their power to ensure that children and young people feel the effects of the war as little as possible.
We encourage you to help. You can find out more about "Zamłynia" here: https://www.facebook.com/CentrumIntegracjiZamlynia/

A formal breach does not always invalidate a resolution
The shareholders' meeting of a limited liability company must be convened and conducted in accordance with certain procedures. If they are not followed, resolutions of the meeting may be challenged. What formal violations decide that a given resolution is deemed invalid? The answer to this question can be found in today's issue of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, which was given by Dr. Marcin Borkowski.

Not every formal defect will block a merger
Commercial companies may merge with each other. A merger is a formalised procedure. It is based on a merger plan. Certain additional documents must be attached to the plan. Does the lack of any of them make the merger impossible? In today's issue of Gazeta Prawna, Dr Marcin Borkowski answers this question.
