Develia S.A. has signed a preliminary sale-purchase agreement (PSPA) with an Adventum Group entity for Wola Retro, a prestigious office building located in the Daszyńskiego Roundabout area of Warsaw. The agreed price is approximately EUR 69.8 million. The transaction is scheduled to close by the end of April 2023.

The GWW team is responsible for providing ongoing support to Develia S.A. on tax issues related to the planned Wola Retro sale transaction. The project is being handled on GWW's side by Mariusz Tkaczyk and Artur Bubrowiecki.

For the second time, we are sharing with you selected projects on which we provided legal and tax advisory services throughout the year.
