Long-awaited amendments to the Public Roads Act
At the end of June this year, changes to the public road legislation came into force. When an existing owner transfers ownership of a property to a new owner, the administrative authority can at the same time, in a fairly easy procedure, transfer the decision that allowed the location or reconstruction of an exit from a public road to the new owner. Until now, this was impossible. Article by Kacper Kudlek, attorney-at-law at GWW – http://lexplorers.pl/lokalizacja-zjazdu-z-drogi-publicznej/

Dotychczas było to niemożliwe.
