- She specializes in legal advice on regulations in the energy and telecommunications sectors, as well as EU funds and state aid. She supports clients in infrastructure and technology projects, combining legal knowledge with legislative experience and management practice in state-owned companies and public administration.
Areas of practice
- Energy and energy law – as Vice-President of the Management Board of PGE S.A., she was responsible for all regulatory issues in the largest energy group in Poland. She advises on energy transformation, decarbonization, and investment financing projects using EU funds.
- Telecommunications and digitization – as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Digital Affairs, she was responsible for the implementation of the 5G strategy, the development of broadband infrastructure, and electronic communications law. She headed the Digital Poland Project Center, where she managed EU programs worth approximately PLN 10 billion.
- EU funds and public aid – combines experience in a managing authority with consulting practice. Supports beneficiaries at every stage – from project strategy to settlement and audits. She completed specialized studies in public aid at the Warsaw School of Economics.
- Regulatory & compliance – advises regulated entities on the implementation of EU sectoral regulations (energy, climate, telecommunications) and represents clients in relations with regulators.
