- She supports entrepreneurs in building license compliance strategies, conducting internal audits, and representing them during inspections carried out by major software providers such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. She also advises on transactions involving “used software” – verifying documentation, assessing the legality of the origin of licenses, and supporting negotiations.
- She combines legal expertise with an understanding of technology and the IT environment, which allows her to effectively represent clients’ interests both in relations with vendors and in dealings with IT departments and internal audit teams.
