Rules for supplementing offer-related evidence
With the entry into force of the new public procurement law, the rules for supplementing offer-related evidence in the course of a public procurement procedure have changed. Technical specifications of equipment, datasheets, certificates, documents filled in by the contractor describing features of delivered devices, etc., because this is what we mean here, are submitted to prove that offered supplies, services or works meet contracting authority's requirements.
