Public procurement vs. the Act on Electromobility
Local governments will soon have to use electric and gas-powered vehicles – this is certain in the light of the new Act on Electromobility. The question is: on what principles, when and to what extent, and – which is crucial for us – how the Public Procurement Law will relate to it.
