Contractor’s exclusion from participation in the tender as a result of providing false information is aimed at eliminating those contractors who try to extort a contract in this way. However, honest contractors must also be careful, because the contracting authority, when stating that the information is false, will not investigate whether it is a result of an error or an intentional act.
