GWW’s success in a dispute worth PLN 571 million
On 11 August, we won a dispute worth PLN 571 million in income tax (value with interest is PLN 900 million) before the Supreme Administrative Court in the case in which we represented our client, Elektrim.
We owe our success to the experience and knowledge of our partner and tax advisor, Andrzej Ladziński.
This ruling gives hope to many large and small businesses and brings back faith in law.
