Inconsistent use of regulations on the measurement of noise emissions by environmental authorities
The Environmental Protection Law of 27 April 2001 allows the authorities indicated therein to issue decisions on permissible noise levels to entities using the environment. For exceeding permissible noise emission levels, the legislator provides for severe fines. However, this is not always the case. The matter was comprehensively addressed by Kacper Kudlek, attorney at GWW.
