Amendments to the Commercial Companies Code
This month, an amendment to the Companies Act became effective, which introduces into the Polish commercial law system the regulation of a special type of dependency relationship between a parent company and its subsidiaries. New institutions, such as a group of companies, the interest of a group of companies or the institution of a binding order, enter the legal market.
