GWW as a friend of the Dorastaj z Nami (Grow Up With Us) Foundation
On 7 September this year in Belvedere, the attorney Joanna Sebzda-Załuska, on behalf of GWW, received the diploma of a Friend of the Dorastaj z Nami Foundation. The title of Friend of the Foundation was awarded in gratitude for “support and help in the name of remembrance of those who sacrificed their own lives or health in the service of their Homeland”.
During the ceremony, children of public service officers who were killed or injured while performing official duties received scholarships from the hands of the Presidential Couple. Scholarships were awarded as part of the Scholarship program of the Dorastaj z Nami Foundation.
The Dorastaj z Nami Foundation, having GWW as its material partner, has been providing for 7 years long-term assistance to children of officers who died or were seriously injured while serving. Since its creation, the organization has taken care of over 200 children. The Foundation implements a program including psychological, educational and financial support, and also works to prepare young people to enter the labor market.
GWW is one of the founders and founding members of the Dorastaj z Nami Foundation. Currently, we provide legal services to the Foundation and we enable its pupils to complete internships at our law office.
