Introduction of a system of accelerated registration of trademarks and industrial designs, called Fast Track procedure, is a considerable change for persons applying for marks and designs directly and for their professional representatives in proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. Patent attorney Anna Dębek presents insights into the new system after six months of its functionning.
