Housing Briefing of the Wrocław Branch of the PZFD
The new Developer Act will be a revolution for the development market in Poland. Our experts, Paweł Wójcik and Joanna Pisula, were invited by the Wrocław Branch of the Polish Association of Developers (PZFD) to discuss key assumptions of the Act during today's housing briefing, which was broadcast live from Concordia Design on Wyspa Słodowa in Wrocław.
Briefings organized by the Wrocław Branch of the Polish Association of Developers provide space for discussion and transparent cooperation with the City and other stakeholders in the housing market. They are aimed at taking joint care of the development of Wrocław and improvement of standards of the local housing market. In the first briefing this year, Paweł Wójcik, attorney-at-law and managing partner of GWW Legal, and Joanna Pisula, attorney-at-law, discussed the draft amendments to the Developer Act at the end of the meeting.
