  • Gained experience in the area of public law by working as a consultant in the Tax Advisory Department at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firm.
  • Specializes in the law of regulated sectors, in particular energy and telecommunications. As part of consultancy for companies operating in the energy sector, she deals with contractual patterns with energy consumers, issues specialized regulatory issues on the gas fuel and electricity market related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, cogeneration and other.
  • At the same time, Karolina has experience in matters relating to telecommunication law, including those related to agreements regarding telecommunication access, access to infrastructure, as well as administrative proceedings before the President of the Office of Electronic Communications and appeal proceedings against decisions of this authority, including decisions on frequencies.
  • She participated in drafting legal regulations regarding the preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments.
