At GWW Tomasz provides counsel and representation to private individuals (private client practice).
His experience includes working with family businesses and high net worth individuals. He represents clients in courts in family disputes (divorce, separation of estates, division of marital property) and in inheritance disputes. Tomasz has particular expertise in matters of international inheritance and succession matters.
He participated in projects involving restructuring and tax optimization of private estates incorporating private foundations, trusts and foreign SPVs. He advised on investments in luxury goods – sale of art and lease of aircraft and cars. He also assists in immigration law matters (visa application, confirmation, recognition and acquisition of Polish citizenship) – with special focus on complex cases based on the old 20th century legislation.
Tomasz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. He also holds a diploma in Postgraduate Tax Studies from Kozminski University in Warsaw. Currently a trainee at the District Bar Association in Warsaw, he has been with GWW since October 2016.
A finalist of the prestigious international Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot legal competition in Vienna, earned the Honorable Mention award.
