We are engaged in several social initiatives, particularly those aimed at improving the Polish legal system, harnessing the knowledge, experience and expertise of our professionals for the public good.

Our experts advised the Ministry of Infrastructure on amending the telecommunications law out of concern that prices on the telecommunications services market were too high. We helped to draft the law's provisions and advised on proposed amendments submitted under "agreement conferences". Our firm's most spectacular achievement includes its contribution to several projects affecting the telecommunications law, which led to increased competitiveness on the Polish telecommunications services market, contributing to a marked decrease in prices on both the B2B and B2C markets.

As part of our firm's pro bono activities we have also been supporting Polish culture (Warsaw's Polonia Theatre; the Brave Festival; contemporary art exhibitions) and legal knowledge (ITele©t competition).
